OPA Health offers you the flexibility to choose the level of occupational health support you require in your organisation

Please see details regarding our packages below. Organisations have the option to move between packages as the needs of your business dictate. Our additional support services of physiotherapy, counselling and cognitive behaviour therapy are available to access across all three packages.

Why Choose Us

We have a range of packages to suit our clients needs. These packages provide the most cost-effective option for organisations as all occupational health services are delivered by a qualified practitioner on-site for a daily or half daily rate.

Services can be mixed and matched to suit the organisational requirements. They can include; Stress risk assessments, Work station assessments for computer users, Mini-bus driver medicals, Pre-employment screening via our bespoke portal, Capability evaluations including workplace assessments advising adjustments for employees at work, Night work assessments and Flu vaccination clinics.

Gold (Full Day)

  • Up to 6 face to face fitness for work assessments.
  • Training for managers on a variety of areas such as stress, building resilience in staff, holding difficult conversations with employees, managing absence. Training can be written and tailored to the individual needs of the organisation.
  • Full health surveillance appointments including hearing, lung function, skin, hand-arm vibration, fitness to work including heights, driver medicals including forklift trucks.
  • Time to speak to the occupational health advisor at the start of end of the full or half day.

Silver (Half Day)

  • Up to 3 face to face assessments.
  • Training for managers on a variety of areas such as stress, building resilience in staff, holding difficult conversations with employees, managing absence. Training can be written and tailored to the individual needs of the organisation.
  • Full health surveillance appointments including hearing, lung function, skin, hand-arm vibration, fitness to work including heights, driver medicals including forklift trucks.
  • Time to speak to the occupational health advisor at the start of end of the full or half day.

Bronze

  • Businesses or the education sector that wish to have complete autonomy over the occupational health services they want to choose and refer as and when required.
  • When you need our support and guidance send us the referral form and we will do the rest from organising the appointment, undertaking the assessment and sending you the report.
